Blazin is hosting a Free to attend Hawaiian Luau at their place of business this weekend for those who are looking for something to occupy their time.
Centered around having a great time on a sunny summer day with a relaxing Hawaiian theme and delicious Hawaiian foods, DJ Aaron Dole will be spinning Island music and Reggae tunes throughout the day to add positivity to the event. Portland Local rock band, Tuesday’s Project will be performing during the evening as well as Portland native blues musician, Rich McCloud.
Guest speakers will be present providing educational discussions ranging from Cannabis Flower with Nate Williams to concentrating on concentrates with Nick Hyashi from Looking Glass Extracts and Cory Vodden of Crash Gardens. For those interested, Cannabis treatment discussions include suppository treatments with Backdoor Medicine founder, Paula Noel Macfie Ph.D.
Giving the public a chance to meet the makers of the Cannabis products they use and love, vendors will be onsite to introduce and discuss their various products. Take some time with Lunchbox Alchemy, Hermetic Botanicals, The CO2 Company, Truly Pure, Golden Xtracts, The Who Co. and more.
Blazin’ owner, Errin Caudle wants to show what a dispensary is really capable of in progressive Portland. She wants to show that they are about more than just selling weed. “Dispensaries can be a great place to have a great time, to learn, to connect and just be. We want to bring our community together to have fun and help defeat the stigma that surrounds this plant and subsequent emerging industry.”
The event takes place this Saturday, August 20th, 2016 from 12 pm to 8 pm.
