This will be the final opportunity for the public to comment in person on
this bill. It requires caregivers to register with the Department of
Revenue and to disclose the location of their grows to local officials and
all law enforcement and makes the locations part of the public record.

This will be the final opportunity for the public to comment in person on
this bill. The bill originally banned edible marijuana products. It has
since been amended to require labeling standards for edibles. It can still
be amended. The public is encouraged to attend and speak in favor of
cannabis edible therapy.

HB1261 UPDATE (THC/DUI study)
The bill will now be sent to Senate Appropriations, and then to the Senate
floor for two votes (Second and Third Readings). Email the full Senate and
ask the to support HB1261, only if the bill promotes research on the issue
and is not re-amended to put back the THC/DUI per se criminal language.
