There’s Still Time To Help Legalize Marijuana In Oregon

We are rapidly approaching the 24 hour mark from when polls will close in Oregon on Election Day 2014. That means that there is still over 24 hours to help legalize marijuana in Oregon. Below are ways that you can help the campaign:

  • Volunteer – the campaign will be working up until polls close tomorrow trying to get people to vote, and specifically, to vote ‘yes’ on Oregon Measure 91. Volunteer to help get the word out, or if you’re not able to make it to where they are at, just start walking door to door or stand where there is heavy foot traffic and urge people to turn in their ballots before the deadline.
  • Urge your friends and family to vote – you can go to DidTheyVote.Org and see which of your friends and family members haven’t voted yet, and urge them to do so. Be gentle, but let them know how important it is.
  • Post on blogs/social media -  One more blog post, one more email to your readers, one more social media share, that could be the difference between victory and defeat.

Voter turnout is going to make or break Measure 91. If we get a high voter turnout, we win. If we don’t, we lose. It’s that simple. Do your part and smoke the vote!
