New Department of Revenue rules (77 pages) go into effect on July 1. Approval of Medical Marijuana Center (MMC) state licenses will depend on the level of compliance with all the new regulations. Department of Revenue MMED auditors and regulators are currently visiting all MMC applicants to monitor compliance. For all MMC applicants and potential new mmj business owners, will your business be ready?
