It’s been an exciting year for the Oregon legislature with all the medical cannabis bills being considered, but the work isn’t over yet!

SB 281 would add PTSD to the definition of “debilitating medical condition” for purposes of statutes authorizing medical marijuana. This means that those suffering from PTSD would be able to get a recommendation to treat their ailment legally with medicinal cannabis.

SB 281 will soon go to a vote on the House floor, so please call or email your state representatives and urge them to support SB 281!

Thank you for taking the time to help make sure that medical cannabis is available to those who need it in Oregon …
