I found this map while I was looking at Sac Bee Weed Wars. I have seen these numbers printed out before, but looking at the visual really puts it into perspective. Obviously, even one marijuana arrest in one county is a tragedy. But looking at these numbers, you can see just how out of control things are. Cops should be focusing resources on hard drugs and violent crimes, not harmless marijuana consumption.
