missouri cannabis reform media campaign

drug policy alliance media internI check the Drug Policy Alliance website and social media channels every day when I wake up, on my breaks at work, on lunch, and after work. I might be the biggest consumer of Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) media that there is. And if not, I’m fine with that, because I encourage everyone to be a DPA media consumer. DPA does great work. If you love media, and love drug policy reform, you should consider trying to become a media intern for DPA. Below are details. You can find out more at this link here:

ABOUT THE DRUG POLICY ALLIANCE

The Drug Policy Alliance envisions a just society in which the use and regulation of drugs are grounded in science, compassion, health and human rights, in which people are no longer punished for what they put into their own bodies but only for crimes committed against others, and in which the fears, prejudices and punitive prohibitions of today are no more.  Our mission is to advance those policies and attitudes that best reduce the harms of both drug misuse and drug prohibition, and to promote the sovereignty of individuals over their minds and bodies.  Specific issues advocated by the Alliance include marijuana decriminalization; treatment instead of jail for non-violent offenders; and needle exchange to reduce the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C and other infections diseases.  More information about the Drug Policy Alliance can be found at www.drugpolicy.org.
