CA NORML 2013 Conference – State Senator Mark Leno

At CA NORML’s 2013 Conference, State Senator Mark Leno spoke about legislative solutions to statewide obstacles regarding medical cannabis use in California. Sen. Leno represents the 11th Senate District of California, which includes San Francisco, Daly City, Colma, Broadmoor and portions of South San Francisco. Senator Leno has advanced hemp legalization and medical marijuana employment rights legislation in Sacramento, and was the author of the 2010 marijuana decriminalization bill signed by Gov. Schwarzenegger.
