This Friday, “Radical” Russ Belville, executive director of 420RADIO, will be emceeing the Live Art and Music Reception for the Texas Regional NORML Conference from Froggy’s Boat House in Fort Worth, Texas. We are excited to bring you live episodes of The Russ Belville Show and Toker Talk Radio from the event, as well as a live look-in later that evening on the Urb Thrasher Flower Hour.
