texas norml region conference marijuana cannabisTexas is going to be a tougher state to get marijuana legalized in compared to other states. Unlike other states that have already legalized marijuana, Texas does not have a citizen initiative process. That makes marijuana activism that much more important in the Lone Star State. Texas NORML is hosting it’s seventh annual activist training day. I know that a lot of our readers are from Texas based off of our analytics, and I highly encourage all of you to attend.
