On this day the City Council will be holding a second reading and vote to approve the ordinance to regulate medical marijuana collectives in the City of San Diego. As the ordinance is currently written it forces all existing facilities to shut down and only allow a few to open in the far flung industrial areas of the city.
The rally will start at the San Diego City Hall at 202 C St at 9am and at 10am everyone will go up to the City Council Meeting to speak against the ordinance! This is our last opportunity to testify to the council and the public watching this council meeting on television before the council holds a final vote on this ordinance.
