Two minutes or less could help put an end to the federal war on patients and change the lives of the three members of the “Kettle Falls Five”!

Rolland Gregg, his wife Michelle Gregg, and his mother Rhonda Firestack-Harvey are three members of the “Kettle Falls Five,” a small group of family members and friends who were prosecuted and sentenced in federal court earlier this month for cultivating approximately forty-four plants in rural Kettle Falls, WA.

The three legal medical cannabis patients were sentenced to terms from one year to two years and nine months, for growing medical cannabis for their own personal use. Federal prosecutors have committed hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to unjustly prosecute and imprison these legitimate medical cannabis patients. Despite, Congress passing a budget in 2014 that forbids the US Department of Justice (DOJ) from spending any federal money interfering in state medical cannabis laws.

Help End the Federal War on Patients, Click Here to Sign the White House Petition!

No legal medical cannabis patient should be persecuted by federal authorities for legally obtaining and using their medication. The Kettle Falls Five have already endured the lost of a beloved family member, friend, and co-defendant during this long ordeal. Larry Harvey, a key spokesman, who traveled to Washington, DC, to urge Members of Congress to change federal law, passed away from cancer earlier this year.

President Obama has the authority to commute these sentences or pardon the Kettle Falls Five outright. This is why we need your help. Will you add your name to the petition to pardon the Kettle Falls Five? If this petition gets 99,999 signatures by November 06, 2015, the White House will review it and respond! If the petition gets enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.
