Marijuana Banana Bread Recipe
I always know it’s time to make marijuana banana bread when I purchase too many bananas, and they are about to spoil. They might be too ripe to eat plain, but perfect for banana bread.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of marijuana butter
2 1/3 cups of mashed, overripe bananas
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9×5 inch bread pan.
In one bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt (dry mix).
In another bowl, mix together the marijuana butter and brown sugar. Then mix in the eggs and mashed bananas until the mix is well blended well blended (banana mix).
Stir the banana mix into the dry mix. Stir just enough to have a consistent moistened mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
Bake in the oven for 60 to 65 minutes (until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean).
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then place it onto a wire rack to cool.
