colorado cannabisWe’re pleased to announce that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Colorado has officially joined the coalition in support of the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act of 2012.

The ACLU of Colorado is the state’s oldest and largest civil rights organization, dedicated to protecting, defending and extending civil rights and civil liberties for all people in Colorado. It will lend greatly to expanding the campaign throughout the state and building public support for ending marijuana prohibition.

With the addition of the ACLU, the coalition is quite well-represented by advocates of civil liberties. The Libertarian Party of Colorado recently endorsed the initiative and joined the campaign, and more organizations are getting on board every month. With your help, we can continue to build on this success and head into 2012 with a huge coalition behind this initiative.
