Today, Feb 13th is the last day to mail in any signed petitions
As of Feb 3rd, the campaign was roughly 2,500 signatures short of qualifying for the ballot. Here’s some information directly from the fine folks running the campaign:
The campaign needs to receive all signatures by the end of the day on Wednesday, February 15th. It might take another day or two before we submit them to the state so do NOT throw away any signatures — send them in regardless of whether you think you missed the deadline.
Drop Them Off — Petitions can also be dropped off at the campaign office at 1177 Grant St. in Denver. Please call us at 303-861-0033 before coming in to ensure someone is available to meet you. Also let us know if you need a notary and we can have one available when you come by.
Mail Them In — Your *NOTARIZED* petitions must be mailed by the end of the day on Monday, February 13th to ensure the campaign receives them by the end of the day on Wednesday, February 15th. If you need (or would prefer) to FedEx them, reimbursements might be available. Contact us at 303-861-0033 if you have any questions or need help finding a notary. You can usually have documents notarized for free at a bank where you have an account.
