By Betty Aldworth, Campaign To Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol

The campaign is coming down to the wire. It’s time to really ramp up our outreach to Colorado voters, and now there is a way you can do that from anywhere in the country.

We are proud to announce new online phone banks that have been set up in conjunction with Just Say Now and Students for Sensible Drug Policy. These tools make it easy for you to make a difference in this election, wherever you might be and whenever you have time to do it.

Click here to call voters between the ages of 30 and 55, and help them understand why voting Yes on Amendment 64 is the sensible thing to do. These are the voters we really need to reach.

If you’d prefer to call young voters to encourage them to vote and to spread the word about Amendment 64, click here to use the Students for Sensible Drug Policy tool.

Remember: the best times to call are weeknights from 7pm – 8:30pm MT and weekends from 10am – 8:30pm MT (the phone bank will operate from 10am – 8:30p MT daily). Always speak slowly and clearly, and just be yourself. Get comfortable with the script by reading it over a couple times before you begin calling, and be very careful to accurately record voters’ responses.

I hope you will answer this call for help by helping us make some calls! That way, when Election Day rolls around, we can honestly say we left no stone unturned.
