Oregon House Bill 3371 is making a lot of great strides in the Oregon Legislature, and even if it doesn’t pass this session, there is a great chance it will get referred to voters as a legislative referral either this session or in the next session. That would give Oregonians the chance to vote for it in 2014. Oregon Measure 80 would have passed had there been any significant financial support to it’s campaign, or if it was better written. I think we will see both things occur once HB 3371 is put in front of voters.
