The second GOP debate was this week, and the debate touched on the topic of marijuana reform. As expected, Rand Paul was on one side of the spectrum, while anti-marijuana candidate Chris Christie was on the other end, along with most of the other candidates. My favorite part is when Rand Paul points out that Republicans say that they support the tenth amendment, and that if that’s true, they should support state’s rights on cannabis too. During the debate Jeb Bush confessed, and pre-apologized to his mother, that he had consumed marijuana 40 years ago.
