Like 2012, 420 Ottawa is happening exclusively on Parliament Hill. The Police don’t want the hassle of a Major’s Hill 420 party, so they shoo’d everyone off last year, resulting in the largest 420 crowd Parliament Hill had ever seen. This year we hope to get 8,000 – 10,000 if possible. Since April 20 falls on a Saturday this year, it should be no problem getting people to come from surrounding areas as well.
