I was not able to travel with Ninjasmoker to the High Times Cannabis Cup in Seattle, but I have been texting back and forth with him and it sounds like he is having a great time. The dabs are flowing, the joints are plentiful, and there’s a celebration-type atmosphere as it’s the first non-medical Cannabis Cup in Seattle, Washington this weekend. This is the first recreational event High Times has put on in Seattle after voters legalized marijuana in 2012 after they passed I-502.
I was in Denver for it’s first legal Cannabis Cup on 4/20 weekend, which would probably hard to top. But then again, I prefer Pacific Northwest cannabis over other areas, so celebrating in my own part of the country would have been pretty sweet! But family comes first, so I’ll stay home, but believe I’ll be there next year!
