I came across this video from the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) via the Cannabis Collaborative Conference’s website and felt it was worth passing along. I know there are a lot of people getting their rec apps in order in Oregon, and even if you aren’t, it’s still an interesting video to watch. Permanent rules are being worked out right now, and this video covers the temporary rules that will be in place until full implementation of Oregon Measure 91 takes effect, as well as the application process.
