I have been lucky enough to get my hands on quite a bit of memorabilia over the years. I have a Tommy Chong Bong. I have been given countless vaporizers, nug jars, and clothing. But I think one of the coolest things I’ve ever received is an autographed picture from Neill Franklin, the Executive Director of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (L.E.A.P.).
