Americans for Safe Access’ (ASA) Medical Cannabis Unity Conference – Bridging the Gap Between Public and Policy – starts in just 24 hours, and I am excited about what the next few days hold. I just arrived in Washington, DC. Will you be joining me here tomorrow?

Register right now for the conference and take advantage of special offers if you bring a friend.

Dr. John Schwartz, the prominent theoretical physicist who created on the String Theory, will give the keynote address tomorrow morning. Then some of the leading clinicians and researchers in the field will talk about medical cannabis and emerging science. On Saturday, stakeholder groups will talk about what is on the horizon for medical cannabis, including exciting new developments with the American Herbal Products Association. We will work on advocacy skills, among other things, on Sunday; so we are ready for the largest citizen lobby day in Congress in the history of medical cannabis on Monday. That is when hundreds of attendees will meet with their Representatives in Congress about new bills that will protect patients nationwide.

Register for the conference and make your hotel reservation at the beautiful Mayflower Renaissance Hotel right now.

I am so optimistic about what we can do together in Washington, DC, this weekend and on Monday. We are turning a corner with medical cannabis. Our movement is coming of age as a mainstream issue, but we have a lot to do before everyone who needs medical cannabis has safe and reliable access. This weekend is a spring-board to that future. I am looking forward to working with so many of you to make it happen.

Be sure to check out the agenda and other information online, and register for ASA’s Medical Cannabis Unity Conference today.
