It’s been a long road so far—from the early days of collecting signatures to fighting and winning the frivolous lawsuit by the Family Council. We’ve conquered many obstacles because of you—the compassionate supporters who want to see your sick and dying neighbors have safe access to the medicine they need.

Today is the chance we’ve all been waiting for—early voting begins across the state! The sooner you vote, the sooner you’ll have the peace of mind knowing it’s done—and your voice has been heard.

In Arkansas, you don’t even need a specific reason to vote early. So why wait for traffic jams and long lines at the polls? Grab a friend and get your vote on today. Then, help others get to the poll for the next two weeks.

  • In most counties, early voting is conducted at the county clerk’s office.
  • In counties with off-site early voting (a location other than the county clerk’s office), local newspapers will publish the designated sites.
  • During a general election, early voting is available between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, ending at 5 p.m. on the Monday before the election (Nov. 5.)
  • Off-site early voting hours may vary by county; watch your local newspaper or contact your county clerk for information.
