New Resources for Massachusetts Patients and Potential Business Owners
Medical marijuana is now legal in Massachusetts! Patients, doctors, and caregivers following state law are now protected. We’ve posted several FAQ updates under Resources on our website, so check there to learn how to be in compliance with the Massachusetts law. And as a free service to the community, we’ve teamed up with EvansCutler to provide unofficial forms for patients and caregivers in the interim until official regulations are promulgated by the Department of Public Health.
