We all know that one friend or family member that is very stubborn about their stance against medical marijuana. You can tell them until you are blue in the face about the medical benefits of marijuana, about how the federal government has patents involving the medical benefits of marijuana, and about all the science and personal stories that are out there that prove that marijuana is medicine. The most common line I get is ‘you are not a doctor or scientist, so what do you know.’
That’s fair. I’m not a doctor, or a scientist, or a medical professional. For that matter I’m not even in the medical marijuana industry, I just write about it, and have my own personal story of how medical marijuana helped me. With that being said, there are a lot of doctors, scientists, and medical marijuana experts out there that are extremely qualified to talk on the topic, and a laundry list of them are going to be speaking at the Virtual Cannabis Health Summit, which is FREE and will take place online this weekend.
The Virtual Cannabis Health Summit is going to be a TED Talk style series of presentations from some of the most knowledgeable people on the planet when it comes to medical cannabis. I have invited each and every marijuana skeptic that I know to watch it, and encourage you to do so too. A lot of skeptics turned me down because they likely don’t want to face the reality that medical marijuana prohibition is a harmful farce, but some have accepted my offer. The Virtual Cannabis Health Summit is occurring January 23-24 (this weekend) and it will feature the following speakers, all experts in their fields (I think more are being added):
Steve DeAngelo – Harborside Health Center
Uwe Blesching – Cannabis Health Index
Donald Land PhD – Steep Hill Labs
Dr. Gregory Smith – Medical Cannabis For Health Care Providers
Dr. Dustin Sulak – Healer.com

I’ve been plugging this event a lot because I believe that it will change the minds of those that are opposed to medical cannabis, and empower and educate those that already support medical cannabis and want to learn. This event is free, and can be viewed over the internet. Below is a video that describes the event. All you have to do to sign up for the event is click this link, and enter in your e-mail address.
