Every dispensary worker that I know got into the industry because they were a patient prior to becoming employed, and used to frequent the establishment. These same workers continue to be patients even after becoming employed by their dispensary. I don’t know how it is in Massachusetts, but drug testing dispensary employees in Oregon would be the biggest ‘duh’ moment in state history. Do they give breathalizer tests to liquor store employees?
