Everything in moderation.

We’ve all heard it; but, there are certain things that don’t need to be done in moderation. Breathing, sleeping, drinking water … these things should obviously be done each day and at considerable levels. If you want to improve your yoga practice, however, then moderation with your cannabis is key, such as micro-dosing. Here’s why.

Cannabis Brings You Deeper into Your Practice

At the micro-dosing level of consumption, cannabis gives you a unique connection to your body. You’ll feel a relaxation in your muscles and nerves that lets you deeply connect to your extremities. When you combine this sense of relaxation, and have a full understanding of your body’s position, needs, and limits, you will have total control over your yoga routine. This control offers the freedom to explore and take on some new, challenging poses in a peaceful and meaningful way.

Cannabis Stills Your Mind During Yoga

You might have that feeling of “wow, that went fast!” by the end of your routine. That’s because cannabis has facilitated your mind being entirely in the moment and a part of what you’re doing, instead of over-thinking or contemplating outside occurrences.
