Next Tuesday, October 16, is the last day to register to vote in the upcoming general election. But why procrastinate? Register to vote — or verify your current registration — TODAY!

As you’re probably aware, you will not only help decide who will be president of our country, but you have a unique and enviable opportunity to decide if Oregon should continue its failed and costly state marijuana prohibition or whether it would be better to regulate marijuana like alcohol. However, you will not get to vote unless you are properly registered to do so.

The Office of the Oregon Secretary of State makes registering a breeze. Don’t run the risk of not being able to vote by putting off what can easily be accomplished today. Make sure you’re properly registered.
