Join us today as we team up with our allies in a coordinated day of action to protect medical marijuana patients and their caregivers from arrest and prosecution.

Members of the House of Representatives have introduced legislation that would change federal law to protect medical marijuana — but we need your help in the Senate. Urge your senators to introduce this crucial medical marijuana legislation now.

For years, federal authorities have waged a war on medical marijuana patients and providers — and we’ve been fighting back every step of the way. With help from supporters like you, we’ve sent tens of thousands of letters to President Obama and Attorney General Holder urging them to respect state medical marijuana laws that provide patients with safe and reliable access to their medicine.

It is outrageous that the government is using our tax dollars to attack vulnerable patients and undermine state laws. We need to change federal law to ensure that the assault on medical marijuana patients and providers comes to an end.

Right now there is a chance to protect medical marijuana so that patients and providers no longer have to live in fear of arrest and prosecution. These bills would move medical marijuana forward on the federal level, providing an ironclad way to protect people who grow, distribute and use medical marijuana. Please encourage your senators to protect medical marijuana by supporting this legislation today!

Without a change in federal law, medical marijuana patients will continue to suffer — unless we come together and stand up for what’s right.

On this day of action, please take just one minute to end these outrageous assaults by urging your senators to safeguard medical marijuana patients who are simply trying to access the medicine they need.
