A lot has happened in Oregon lately when it comes to marijuana policy. There are new medical marijuana reporting requirements, new proposed limits for recreational edibles, and a bunch of other stuff. Understanding all of it can be difficult. That’s why I’m going to try as hard as I can to make it to the Oregon Quarterly Cannabis Caucus this month, put on by the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA). In addition to learning, the event will be a great opportunity to network with other like minded people chasing the same visions and dreams as you. I have been to a handful of NCIA events now, and every one of them was awesome and left me feeling more excited than before I had attended the event.
