Why do we add vinegar to dank red velvet marijuana brownies? Red velvet isn’t just any ordinary flavor—it’s a classic, with a twist. The secret lies in the harmony between cocoa powder and vinegar. These two, when combined, deliver the distinct tangy taste of red velvet that’s become a family favorite. Without the vinegar, you might as well stick to baking perfect marijuana brownies instead, which is also a stoner favorite.
The Perfect Marijuana Brownies
Unlike the more straightforward chocolate brownies, red velvet brownies bring something extraordinary to the table. “Let’s get this out of the way. Chocolate and red velvet cakes are not the same thing. And red velvet cake is not simply just a chocolate cake with red food dye in it. These two cakes may have a long history of being mistaken for one another because they share a similar reddish-brown color, but the flavor, ingredients, and texture are fundamentally different from one another.”
