It’s hot outside, as we all know, so cookies plus cotton mouth may sound like a terrible idea. But before you disregard these delectable little treats, keep in mind that there is a way to make cannabis ice cream (ice cream cookie sandwiches!) or cannabis milk (dip those cookies!) so there’s no excuse as to why you shouldn’t be baking these up… While simultaneously baking up yourself of course. This recipe is pretty easy too so any level baked should be able to make it!
What You’ll Need;
2 cups Pecans, Chopped
1 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
2-3 tablespoons Bourbon Vanilla
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup Dried Cranberries, Organic
1 1/2 cups Steel Cut Oats
1 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground
1 cup Cannabutter
1 cup Currants, Organic
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
Take all of the dry ingredients except for the steel cut oats and sift them together in to a bowl. Once they’re mixed together well, set them aside. In a seperate bowl, cream the cannabutter and the sugars together. Then add in the vanilla and eggs. Mix together but don’t overdo it. Mix the dry and the wet ingredients together and then mix in the oats with a spoon. Once they’re mixed, take your time folding in the cranberries, currants, and the pecans. Once you’ve got everything together, stick the batter in the fridge and let it cool until it’s slightly firm. Use an ice cream scooper to drop the dough on to a greased cookie sheet and bake it at 350 degrees for about 16 minutes. You’ll get some dank cookies that will taste awesome and get you medicated. Also, if you don’t like currants, you can replace them in the recipe with raisins. You can always adjust the amount of cannabis that you put in as well, as everyone’s tolerance is different. Enjoy your cookies!
