Marijuana Macaroni Salad Recipe
This classic picnic pasta salad never fails to please. Makes 6 cups. 1 1/2 cups per serving.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 gram kief or finely ground dry hash
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 carrots, shredded
1/4 large sweet onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, kief or hash, sugar, vinegar, and basil until well combined. In a large bowl, mix together the carrots, onion, bell peppers, celery and cooked macaroni. Add the dressing and toss gently to coat all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours. This salad is even better when it’s made a day ahead of time.
