True Terpenes and Ross Hunsinger (@SugarSugarLTD) present Midnight in the Garden. Midnight in the Garden is a versatile drink that works well as an alternative for your sober, non-drinking, as well as being a great base for champagne or other sparkling wines.
Midnight in the Garden features Seedlip, a botanically-distilled non-alcoholic spirit. It provides all-spice, cardamom and other aromatics that give the drink a bit of bite. When combined with Forbidden Fruit it forms a blend of cherry blossom, grapefruit and cedar. The floral, musky scents hit your nose and creates an instant wave that spreads to your spirit.
Recipe
1.5oz Seedlip Spice 94
4.5oz sparkling wine or sparkling apple cider
two drops True Terpenes Forbidden Fruit botanical strain profile
Shake the Seedlip and Forbidden Fruit briskly to chill and double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with sparkles and an offensively large lemon twist and celebrate.
