Someone is taking the time to ask pot users what they really want.
Dabs or doobies? Creams or concentrates? Black market or dispensary, indica or sativa, recreational or medical- no question is out of bounds in the 2015 version of the Annual Marijuana Consumer Survey.
The Marijuana Business Daily’s survey features multiple-choice questions and takes about five minutes to do, perfect for people with short attention spans. “Our consumer survey is the oldest and most trusted market research study for the cannabis industry,” according to the organization’s published statement.
Consumer surveys are designed to get the honest opinions of the average person buying a product in the marketplace. The MBD Survey targets ALL cannabis consumers- from those who use CBD-only to those that use topicals or enjoy juicing, smoking, vaporizing, medibles, concentrates- everyone.
The survey is anonymous; no name, birthdate or other personal identification is required. Respondents can input their state of residence, age range and gender if they wish.
The Survey introduction reads:
Welcome to Marijuana Business Daily’s 4th Annual Marijuana Consumer Survey! Here’s your chance to tell dispensaries, recreational retailers, edibles and infused product makers what you really want. More strains? Lab-tested cannabis? Loyalty discounts?
We value your privacy and time – this anonymous, ad-free survey takes about five minutes to complete. Please help marijuana businesses across America learn how they can better serve YOU.
The survey results will be published in an upcoming edition of Marijuana Business Daily, an online news service for industry professionals.
“We believe the industry requires market research data to thrive,” the company said in a promotional email. “This data helps everyone from dispensaries to edibles makers to growers better understand how to improve the customer experience, stock the best inventory and beat the black market.”
