Hawaii Senate Bill 2262 Would Recognize Medical Marijuana As A Pain Medication

There seems to be a lot of marijuana related legislative activity out of Hawaii. Hawaii Senate Bill 2262 would add medical marijuana to the Hawaii Pain Bill of Rights. This is a big step if it passes, and would fix a hole in the system that clearly should be there.

Hawaii Senate Bill 2262 Summary:

Clarifies that the medical use of marijuana is considered to be consistent with the pain patient’s bill of rights.
